The food spread and taste

Breakfast had a good spread of Indian and continental options. The service was warm and attentive, and the overall experience felt comfortable and premium. Dinner at the property was also enjoyable, with a pleasant ambience and good hospitality. Taj Malabar, Kochi offers a beautiful and memorable stay, especially because of its stunning waterfront location on Willingdon Island. The property has a calm, old-world charm with lovely views of the harbour, making it a perfect place to relax while still being close to Kochi’s main attractions.

Value for money in not worth it rooms were kind of small for this amount

Had a wonderful stay in the Signature Suite at the Taj! Enjoyed the view of the island from the balcony and the luxe feel of the room and property. The staff at the Taj Malabar are truly so hospitable, warm, and attentive! Huge shoutout to the Guest Relations Manager, Elizabeth, for going above and beyond to make my mother's milestone birthday celebration a memorable one! Really enjoyed the sunset cruise, and it was so nice to hear many interesting details of Cochin's history from Elizabeth. The music played by the flute artist on board, Prasad, was a wonderful and soothing touch to the ride as well. Special mention of Ahilan from the Rice Boat restaurant, for all his food recommendations! They were spot on! The Taste of Kerala, 4-course seafood meal at the RIce Boat, is simply delicious, especially the squid and sea bass preparations! Another fantastic food item was the chocolate truffle cake. Lipsmacking good!! Many thanks to Alex and Suriya, as well, for their jovial and warm hospitality at the equally delightful Pepper restaurant. On behalf of my mother and sister, thank you, Taj Malabar, and we look forward to revisiting in the near future!
