Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Cochin.

All staff was phantastic and very helpful with disabled company (wheelchair). Also with booking all extras and early check-in - all went smooth. Food and drinks great. Special thanks to our driver who was just great. I recommend the sundowner tour

Area around Hotel is not beautiful for pleasure walks, but o.k.

Staff are wonderful. The whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend.

It was all wonderful

The property is beautiful, with very polite and helpful staff. The room was excellent, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. Even though we had a basic room, the view was good. The garden is the highlight. It is expansive and located right next to the water, with beautiful gazebos and a lovely poolside restaurant. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning.

The curtains were not blackout, and the service was somewhat inattentive. I had requested towels, but they were forgotten, and I had to call again while in the middle of my shower. This is not what one would expect from Taj Hotels. The overall upkeep of the property did not meet Taj standards. The grass appeared untrimmed, and maintenance felt lacking. Poolside service was also inattentive, with no staff available to take a drink order.

Wonderful location on the water's edge, with lovely views towards both old and 'new' Cochi. Excellent staff, especially guest services manager.

Loved the stay. Staff, service and food at Rice bowl were exceptional. The spa was also extremely good amd relaxing. Standards on the whole was amazing and what we expected from a Taj resort.
