Rooms had been done up but the room we were in smelt damp, everytime we pulled the chain there was a load noise for a minute like there was an issue with the pipes, not enough staff when checking people in but staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, you get what you pay for so it was average abd ok for one night

Very comfortable beds, nice interior, showers were very good pressured. Not too far from city Center, McDonald's is right outside and plenty of Ubers/bolts around the area. Would definitely stay again! Only thing that wasn't great was there was a hairdryer in there which didn't work.

Turned up to the first room and it hadn’t been cleaned, the 2nd room there were peoples stuff in the room then finally got into the 3rd room, we then went down for something to eat and was told there was a 45 minute wait for food, we got to the bar at 6.45 and ordered food at 7.15, we ended up getting our food at 8.45, there were only 2 people covering reception, bar and kitchin it was a nightmare

Hotel situated in a good location. Great customer service as always. Fair price. Ample free parking. Polite, helpful & Friendly staff. Easy to use app for booking. Good availability. Secure & safe. Would recommend.

This was the fourth visit for myself and my wife. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. We liked the pod type bathroom. Only gripe was the heating unit, which was fine when running, but in between cycles it was clicking and knocking, so we turned it off overnight. Location is on a busy road about a mile outside the city centre. I reckon you could walk in if you wished in about 20 minutes but there are buses every few minutes from a stop a few yards away, costs £4 for a day ticket. Good secure car park, which was the main attraction for me, free for guests. Birmingham City's stadium is 5 minutes walk behind the hotel, so ideal for parking up and staying the night for a game. Breakfast was £9.50, and for the amount I usually eat, wasn't worth it for me. There is a McDonalds next to the hotel and a Morrisons with a cafe near the stadium, which we used on both of our days.

Hello. Booked for 2 nights to be close to Uni. Check in was quick and the lady was very polite. Room was spot on. No issues. Bit of noise at night from the occasional door shutting. Shower was spot on in bathroom. I had an evening tea in the restaurant. Very nice and good value. All staff I encountered were very nice. A nice stay with no real issues!

Great hotel. Free secure parking a bonus. 20 minute walk to bullring. Rooms very clean and breakfast good.

For a budget priced room the stay was really good. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good location. Breakfast was good too Would stay again
