First night too much noise till late.last night 1045 till 1245 banging Of doors people chatting on phone.banging my door slammed of doors.when I rang downstairs the women did nothing at all when I rang bk she wouldn't answer.and shut the safety gate b4 3pm to stop people coming in well she didn't handle it well the whole check in was full With too many people.seem like safety isn't safe I'd shut the gate in the afternoon.and when I left it was still shut at 1130am.never ever again.not good lots of noise in the night.

Good value for money hotel with one major flaw. Good things:- Excellent staff, friendly, efficient and helpful. Room of a decent size, and very clean. Requests catered to quickly and efficiently. Location, nice and central Parking, once registered FREE Flaw: Rooms don't have air-conditioning but "air cooling" which is useless in cooling or getting rid of stuffiness in the room as you can't turn it on below a certain temperature. Can open window an inch but due to location next to a 24 hour McDonalds and major junction very noisy. Hotel kind enough to provide desk fan which helped. Breakfast was limited and expensive at a shade below £10 per person but it was buffet so you could eat to your fill.

Basic rooms but clean and a great shower. only negative was that the rooms were uncomfortably hot. Overall great value and I would stay again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, room temperature 35°, air cooling on all night and took it down to 32°, window can only open 0.5" and road outside was like a race track. No fans at reception even though heatwave was on for 7 days, could have understood if it was day 1. Could have left room doors open before people checked in to atleast attempt to cool rooms down, or offer water when people check in. When mentioned to staff they just shrugged and said nothing they could do, obviously they could do a lot more. Breakfast was meh, food cold as it was obviously left for a while.

I stayed at the hotel on Friday and it was terrible. The lady who checked me in was nice and friendly. However the room was a mess and the hotel was very loud all night. There was an asian guy at the desk who was very rude, he refused to serve me any food/drink and he kept saying he needs to do a routine check on me every time i came into the hotel which was about five times. He was rude and also racist.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Bit noisy from other residents rooms, but loud music stopped at midnight.

Friendly happy reception staff, extra pillows and fans delivered to the room, would go the extra mile for the customers. Great free parking, short distance to city centre - handy for Ubers. Would definitely stay again.

Great service, easy check in, comfortable bed and clean room. The only issue was the bathroom smelt of a blocked pipe/drain smell and the air cooling system didn’t work. Spoke to reception and they got both things sorted in no time.

Great service, very helpful staff. Parking is convenient and location is good for town centre- we took a minicab for about £5 each way. Would only mark down as traffic noise is very noticeable with all windows closed, and pillows are very hard, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.
