Great breakfast

The staff are lovelly, special thanks to Victoria, nothing was too much trouble, she made our stay very enjoyable and goes above and beyond to better expectations. The hotel was serving food and drink outside or in the room in compliance of restrictions, all of which were good. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure.

The receptionist call me "boss" on a 4 star hotel...hair on bathroom and bed.mold on the walls. Heating not working. Never again.not happy on check in

Too noisy to sleep

Amazing

Great service again. Stayed at this particular branch a number of times over the past couple of weeks. Always greeted by smiles seen even under the mask. Would recommend if visiting Birmingham for work or leisure and you don’t want to be in the busy city bowl.

It was ok service very poor staff rushed off there feet so not best kept awake most of night with unforeseen noises from up landing so hour and half sleep all night then only had one hand towel for two people to shower and very dusty not the best

we really enjoyed our stay. the staff were amazing and even made a special breakfast for my daughter.

Good localization, perfect staff, really good!

I know there is no chef on and meals are on a scaled down menu but if they are offering a restaurant service then it should be up to scratch. I had the chicken curry which included 4 morsels of chicken and the chips were not cooked enough. I usually complain but the girl thought she was doing me a favour.
