"Quite good for the price"

The hotel is nice not too far of a walk to the bullring although you would not want to walk alone at night. The bed was so comfy. The lights in the bathroom are FAR too bright and when showering the whole bathroom turns into a pond... Also not wnough lighting in the bedroom. Over all though i would rate it quite well concidering the price

Stayed before and will do again if I need to be in Birmingham again. Clean, cosy and friendly. Good food choice and ample breakfast.

We liked the walk in shower, excellent breakfast, secure parking, close to bus stop for city centre, and the very warm welcome from the staff.

"Christmas Day stay "

The staff were very good. We were in room 1 which is next to main door so it was very noisy. My pillow was rock hard so I didn’t sleep all that well. A few cobwebs in the bathroom but other than that it was clean.

It was my sons first birthday and the staff brought him a cake and a card. It was much appreciated. Such a special touch.

It is nice and comfortable place to sleep but they need to focus on toilets. Toilets and shower really need deep cleaning.Breakfast was over cooked and cold. Welcome drinks wasn’t offered.

"Excellent stay, thank you."

Comfortable stay, pleasant staff, good to have parking so that we could walk into the city centre and leave the car in the car park, and excellent breakfast. 24 hr reception and 24 hr menu was very useful too. Everything we needed and we will return.

"Christmas Shopping Bonanza "

Great place to stay, comfy beds,good clean bathrooms, lovely tasty breakfast. We came for a Christmas shopping trip and the Christmas market, had a fantastic stay. Only downside was the expensive parking in Birmingham itself .

Was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Facilities in room were ok although everything was very basic and not having an iron in the room (have to go to shared space to use communal one) wasn’t ideal. Appreciate this is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for but I didn’t think it was really that cheap so not great value for money.
