ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus

Had a lovely weekend away at this Ibis. All staff are very helpful and always friendly. Gated hotel so cars are kept safe. Lovely rooms! Didn’t expect them to be that nice. However, hotel is on a main busy roundabout which was very loud throughout the night. I paid for breakfast to be included but Because of COVID-19, we had a breakfast in a bag Which unfortunately wasn’t things that I liked. Luckily there’s a McDonald’s next door. Other than that stay was lovely!

The air conditioning was not working, flush not working, lights not working. Was extremely hot. Ended up leaving the place a few hours after check in as the situation was unbearable

Lovely, cosey, clean room. Staff were really pleasant and welcoming. Bus stop to Birmingham town right ouside hotel!

Stayed as was working at the local hospital. Safe parking, spotless clean room, comfortable bed and great shower! Will be staying again when working locally.

We found the ibis hotel very friendly especially to our dog. The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad point was the bathroom, my husband is disabled and to have to step over a ridge to get into it was dangerous for him. He actually tripped during the night but thankfully was ok

Very good hotel at a very good price. Good welcome and attentive staff. Very convenient for short bus journey into city centre.

Lovely hotel, clean and excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet, no noise from people in nearby rooms. Shower and facilities were excellent. Location was within walking distance of the city centre or there is a bus stop around the corner. Will certainly use this hotel again.

The overall stay was nice! Great location, very friendly staff (for the most part). The only not-so-nice aspect was the food. It was evidently oven/microwave made as the pizza was cold and wet in the middle and “we don’t have margarita pizzas but we can give you a pepperoni one?” It wasn’t nice to eat and £8 seemed excessive. The £9.50 breakfast did not have much to offer either, but the room was lovely and clean.
