They let us check in early thank goodness, and the hotel was very nice. The lift is a little small, but that is not the end of the world.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at Malmaison Manchester . Its first-class rating is well-deserved, thanks to the staff, who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel is perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

"Perfect location for Manchester!"

The deluxe club rooms are a great size and so are the bathrooms. Its also a great location for the station and for all of Manchester as well. Breakfast was great and the staff were superb. My only slight issue was the lack of plug sockets by the bed.

"An excellent VIP private event at Malmaison Piccadilly"

I am an Events Manager located in Manchester, and we booked a VIP Dinner into a private room at the Malmaison Piccadilly on Saturday 28th June. From the initial enquiry and confirmation - Emma-Louise Taylor has been fabulous to work with. Attentive, knowledgeable and speedy with her replies. I have enjoyed working with her on this event. The service on the night was fabulous - just perfect! The attention to detail with guests' dietary requirements etc was spot on! The food and drink were perfect, we chose the menu well and everyone really enjoyed it - and the room looked lovely. Overall a perfect event. Thank you to Emma-Louise and the team.
