This property is beautiful. The food needs to be better

This is just a sub-par resort. There are definitely better options like the Xcaret Arte. This is where we went to next and there is no comparison.

When you arrive and check in they expect you to listen to a representative about setting up a tour. They are very persistent even if you tell them that you are tired from the trip. Most of the staff are polite and friendly. The rooms and outside have a sewer smell.

Hotel is very nice yet not overwhelming. Multiple small buildings reduces the number of neighbors near by. One was a loud child, but not bad. Nice pools on way to beach. I liked the natural style and jungle garden. Room had a hair dryer and fridge.

I enjoyed how small and private it was. Great for people who want to get away from the busy life. The staff was super friendly as well. I would recommend it 100%

This was a cute little resort. The beds are as hard as a rock though. Probably my biggest complaint. Second conplaint is compared to other resorts we have stayed at their food selections aren’t the best. We were unimpressed with the buffet and the restaurants. However their late night taco bar is probably the best food they had if you can wait that long to eat. The pool was nice, the rooms were nice. We didnt visit the beach, at this time there was a lot of seaweed but i know that can be seasonal.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The restaurant personnel were very concerned and knowledgeable about food allergies. The jungle atmosphere in the middle of the property is beautiful with waterfalls and the tiger wood walkways were a treat. Down to earth and family friendly with the nicest staff one could ask for!
