Everything was perfect

Très bel hôtel dans quartier calme entre Arcadia et Hatfield. Le personnel est sympathique et prêt à répondre aux sollicitations du client . Rien à redire. Je recommande volontiers cet hôtel.

If you are in the hotel, just ask about the housekeeper "Virginia" This hotel was so nice and respectfully and excellence staff.

The only problem was that the online booking only allowed for 1 free breakfast (something not actually mentioned online, but told to us by hotel staff as we were checking-in) so there was an additional charge of more than 100 rands for the second breakfast and that made the price for the room higher. But, overall, not a bad stay. It was very comfortable.

Good

The hotel has a great layout, beautiful buildings and quiet environment. This would have been an excellent place to stay but for the hotel's lack of backup power source. There was power outage on our first day at the hotel and the guests were left without power from around 8am until after dinner when the management decided to lodge the guests into other hotels for the night. Also the staff at the reception were not very welcoming, not eager to assist or provide information and hardly with a smile. But in contrast, the staff in the restaurant were awesome, always with a big smile and they make you feel very comfortable.

The staff were friendly & the room was a good size. V safe neighborhood. Restaurant was good (not great but good). Balconies are shared with the room next door and have no furniture on. Think they are mainly intended for smoking rather than lounging.

Ein perfektes Hotel für einen Pretoria-Stop. Exzellentes Restaurant, ausgezeichneter Service, angenehm große Suiten. Leider ist die nahe Durchgangsstrasse hörbar. Städter wird das nicht stören, Landeier wie uns schon. Trotzdem kämen wir hierher immer wieder zurück.
