"Successful stay at Court Classique Hotel"

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. I was there on a one-day transition from a safari tour to a plane back to the US. The location is very close to Embassy Row and Government Center and is in a very quiet and safe part of town. There is a Woolworth grocery store, an ATM and good medium-priced restaurants nearby. The pool is small but very clean. It is about 10 blocks from Gautrain, which provides excellent transport directly from the OR Tambo International Airport.

"Worst service I have ever received. "

Service was poor, people were rude. The card to the hotel constantly played up. I was disturbed on many occasion whilst try to relax in the hotel. They tried to change my couch with out communicating with me. Tried to charge me for a bed sheet where I communicated with them previously. The shuttle service was never available and when they ordered a taxi they could not communicate time or cost.

"Comfort in Pretoria"

Apart from the suburban area the hotel met all our expectations.We were comforted by the prompt communication after making our online booking, from the front gate to the excellent breakfast we were treated like special guests. We can applause the staff as my wife forgot her jacket and the hotel staff was willing to send it off to us or keep it until we could picked it up. The hotel is well placed and close to the university of Pretoria and the famous Loftus Versveld rugby stadium.
