Court Classique Suite Hotel

Reception was excellent and the staff was friendly. Our room (unit 13) was clean and neat. Things started going wrong when we discovered that the door mechanics was faulty and we were locked outside. We we patient while they tried to fix the door while we waited outside. They had to get access through a window and open the door from outside. We realized that they did not fix the door that night and they did not say when the problem would be sorted out. After lunch the following day, I then informed the reception that we were going out but were scared that our possessions were not safe in the room and were afraid that if we closed the door, we would not be able to get in again like last time. By this time the room was not cleaned. I was informed that I should just leave the room opened as they would send people to take our staff to another unit (23) because they could not fix the door of room 13. We came back in the evening and went to the reception for get a card for unit 23. We then discovered that our staff has not been moved from room 13 as promised and room 13 was still in a mess, not cleaned and the bed not made. We had to carry our own staff to the next room. We were promised that the manager will contact us to explain why their staff was not professional in handling this matter. No apology was offered to us for this poor service. We are still waiting a response from the hotel management .

I stayed here for a few nights on business. The staff were friendly and inside it was nice enough but a bit shabby. Unfortunately I didn't think it was in a great area, wasn't particularly near anything and I ended up moving.

An excellent location that met all my requirements for my business trip to Pretoria.

Very attractive property near historical sites. Guarded parking; felt safe. Very large room with small but nice kitchen. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

ビジネスセンターのＰＣから無料のインターネット利用が可能とのことであったが、3泊4日の滞在の間2日間は接続の問題とのことで利用不可能であった。公共交通機関での移動が困難？な街で多くの観光名所等へ無料のシャトルが利用でき非常に重宝した。安全の為ホテル敷地全体が塀で囲われていて、昼夜を問わず出入り毎にセキュリティスタッフに対応してもらう必要があり、これに日本では想像できないほど手間暇！が掛りイライラすることが度々であった。

This hotel is okay. The current rating on hotels.com is inaccurate. It is no more than an average three star. Disappointed because it did not live up to its rating on the site . They did not do much wrong however.

Nach unserer Rovos-Zugsreise haben wir ein Hotel In Pretoria für eine Nacht gesucht, was ziemlich schwierig war. Wir haben von verschiedenen Beurteilungen erfahren, dass bereits andere Rovos-Gäste im Court Classique Suite Hotel übernachtet haben. Mit der Buchung haben wir für einen Transfer vom Rovos-Bahnhof zum Hotel angefragt. Leider hat dies nicht funktioniert. Taxis gibt es Pretoria auch keine zu empfehlen, sodass man entweder auf sein Mietwagen oder den Shuttle vom Hotel angewiesen ist. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber abgenutzt. In einem Reiseführer haben wir gelesen, das Restaurant sei vorzüglich, davon haben wir leider bei weitem nichts gemerkt. Fazit: Eine Nacht übernachten bevor man weiterreist ist in Ordnung; am besten den Mietwagen bereits an den Bahnhof kommen lassen, damit man flexibel ist und man in ein schönes und gutes Restaurant essen gehen kann.

Bon séjour d'une nuit, repos dans de très bonnes conditions après voyage de nuit en avion. A recommander. Belle ambiance, bonne literie. Impeccable.
