Great location within the estate. Very nice property and pool. Big rooms.

The aircons were problematic. The one in the main bedroom did not work. Maintenance looked at it but only gassed it so by the time the evening came, it did not work again. The leak was only fixed on day 3 so it made for 2 very uncomfortable nights. The aircon in the second bedroom also ran out of gas and needed to be serviced during our stay. The third bedroom had a leak through the thatch which was also problematic as there were very big storms.

We had an issue when it rained. My husbands phone and phone chargers got water damage as it poured with rain in 2 of the rooms in our unit. Our kids clothes needed to be moved out of their closets and the room with the carpet was completely wet, the smell of the carpet was awfull. We reported this to reception but no one came to assist us. Disappointing
