The property is amazing same like facilities and I wish to buy a house over there

Hello, we are extremely disappointed with the unit as it bears little resemblance to the photos provided. This is a clear example of misleading advertising. The unit is severely outdated and appears not to have been renovated in years. The furniture, bathrooms, and furnishings are old and worn. The air conditioning is inadequate and outdated, with no coverage for the upstairs, lounge, or dining areas. The bathroom amenities are very basic, and there is mold in the shower, ceiling, and walls, along with a rusted mirror frame. The old brown carpets are thin, badly worn, and heavily stained. Given the amount we paid, the overall value for money is incredibly disappointing.

Breakfast was good, prompt, well cooked, presentation excellent, white staff very arrogant, not hospitable at all

Chalet 529, the TV doesn't connect, we found weird looking insects on our bed, the fridge is not functioning, electricity went out from 21h00 to 06h00, the generator didn't work. We called and we were told they we at 520 we waited until the morning. The services are only for certain people maybe.

False advertising

It was close to malls and Kruger park

EVERYTHING!! Staff were rude and arrogant. I was moved 3 times as the units were either leaking or beds wet. The aircons and fans don’t work. The unit was dirty and dusty. You have to have a long long walk to reception. They offer no assistance at all

I like the apartment and the garden

The staff were unreasonable, the room service not replacing soap and toilet papers, I phone and I was told they are bringing but they never did, I ended up buying my own. The towel that we used on Monday night, were removed from our house when they are cleaning but left outside the room for the whole day and night till morning of Wednesday. The room service was bad.

It’s a beautiful set up, nice big chalet, kitchen well equipped, good for the family to stay.

It’s was very disappointing that was no tea or coffee for 4 star place.

The property is everything a family could ever ask for , the house becomes more of like your second home everything is there
