Although our stay began with several serious issues, including a broken toilet and a hazardous fence that resulted in my youngest son being injured, the professionalism displayed by your staff completely changed the outcome of our experience. We were fully prepared to cancel the remainder of our stay after visiting SeaWorld San Diego and return home. However, a security professional named Thomas demonstrated an exceptional level of awareness, professionalism, and compassion that immediately stood out. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say he represents the caliber of employee organizations should highly value. Additionally, the morning manager, Angelina or Andrea, handled every concern with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. Our issues were addressed promptly and exceeded expectations. Despite the initial circumstances, the level of hospitality and accountability demonstrated by your team restored our confidence and ensured we will be returning. Please extend our appreciation to the staff for their outstanding service and professionalism.

Beautiful grounds, location.

Overpriced, needs updating, rude staff at check in and throughout stay. Multiple requests flat out ignored. Traveled with family, called resort to request location close to each other weeks in advance due to traveling w someone who was mobility impaired and also an infant. Request completely denied. Charged $100 per day beyond what booking.com charged PLUS an additional $500 incidental hold. Multiple spiders in the room throughout our 5 day stay! Will not ever stay here again. So much nickel and diming, made it hard to enjoy with all the money tied up in extras we weren’t aware of. Also, a month ago these fees were not charged when we stayed here and they confirmed they are not always charged so how did they still charge us? I even called the day prior to see what the amount due at check in would be and was quoted $1692 but when I got there it was 2292! Not expecting to have our fun money tied up.

We booked at the hotel and were charged $160 more than we could have gotten 3rd party, usually they give you extras that make up for some of the difference but NO, NOTHING but an attitude from Angelina the Mansger, she was Very Rude! The rooms are really Worn and Outdated for the price, but the ANTS all over the bathroom was the worst part. Again, I can not overstate how Nasty and Unprofessional the Manager was!

Paradise resort the best place to spend your vacations. Specially the staff member jeydi waiters she is amazing, courteous, really nice person, make me feel like home. Also the waiter Leny, on the restaurant, they are great. I highly recommend Paradise Resort for your vacations.
