Friendly team, good located

Rooms are not so clean, dust and dirty corners, for this room charge very bad breakfast…

Breakfast continental was very basic. Coffee machine in room no users instructions

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the light rail train, very historic building, good room and friendly staff. Also crossing the street you can already find the ferry station, which I recommend doing a short trip since you'll have a nice view of the city.

The breakfast is not that great, everything is from the market shelf, there isn't a single fresh item, just processed food bought on the market. As a complimentary breakfast, awesome. But if one needs to pay for it, I don't recommend. Fortunately nothing happened, but the surrounds is a bit sketchy, there are some many drugs addicts in the near by streets that I didn't feel safe to go out at night for a walk in the vicinity. I'd rather take a bus somewhere else. But to be fair, this is a problem in the whole downtown almost, which ruins a bit the city experience

I loved the room I was in. The view out to the harbour was stunning and something I never expected.

The air con in the room was totally inadequate to heat the room due to its L shape and the air con only heating the dead space away from the bed. I froze. I ended up getting dressed and getting back into bed just to try and keep warm.

Good location. Nice big room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good.

Bit dated. Howver room clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Not much of a choice locally to go out and eat.
