Location, nice old but good atmosphere . Good, very comfortable beloved their toiletries, smelled great!. Good breakfast included!

Kept curtains closed, bad view, but not there for that. Needed extra blankets, easy fix.

Love the nostalgia feel - the room was very roomy especially the bathroom

The bathroom amenities provided were very small, basically useless

Great location, 2 minutes walk from seafront promenade and variety of bars/restaurants nearby in Pioneer Square district, staff helpful and friendly, complimentary breakfast included with variety of items, hot rolls, cereal, toast, waffles and more,,,,all good

Location is near waterfront and union square station.

Smell in room, window is close to next building and can’t see anything. Room is quite old.

The property felt old-fashioned and modern at the same time. Staff were extremely friendly and I felt very safe there! Close to the stadiums, waterfront and just a quick walk to downtown core.

It is in a great location - convenient for the light rail (to the airport) and within walking distance of Pike's Place. Excellent friendly desk staff in the afternoon/evening.

The wifi was a bit patchy in the room. The breakfast would be better if there were some healthier options (although this might be a common breakfast in hotels in the USA ... I'm not sure.)

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel Downtown. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a good location, and my room and overall stay were fine. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a frustrating issue related to parking during check-in. Before arriving, I called the front desk to ask where I could briefly park while checking in. I was specifically instructed to park directly in front of the hotel and told that once inside I would receive a key and directions to the parking garage. I followed those instructions and went inside for only a few minutes to complete check-in. During that short time, my car received an $82 parking ticket. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the manager stated she filed an incident report and advised me to contest the ticket. However, contesting a citation requires significant time and effort, particularly for someone traveling, and the ticket occurred only because I followed the instructions given by hotel staff. Situations like this place the burden on the guest for something that occurred due to staff guidance. I would appreciate the hotel taking responsibility by reimbursing the cost of the ticket or assisting in resolving it directly. I also encourage the hotel to review how parking instructions are communicated during check-in so that other guests don’t encounter the same issue. I hope management will review this situation and work toward a fair resolution. I would happily update this review if the hotel helps resolve the ticket that occurred due to their parking instructions
