"Service très moyen pour un Novotel "

Service minimal : attente au restaurant, réceptionniste peu en clin à fournir un service de qualité, équipements vieillots, piscine dangereuse (échelle cassée). Seuls points positifs : le cadre au calme, et la qualité de la nourriture notamment le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel bien placé Piscine limitée à cause covid et pas très bien entretenue ( ma fille s’est blessée sur le plastique autour et les rambardes de l’échelle étaient mal fixées) Lit enfant dans le canapé ....n’ayant pas de draps allant jusqu’aux pieds donc pas très agréable et surtout pas hygiénique ( on touche la couverture) Petit déjeuner convenable et parties communes agréables.

Correct pour le prix. Propre. Bonne température espace piscine. Attention aux plastiques autour de la piscine : dangereux selon moi. Pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain un peu limite.

"Bien sauf l'accueil"

Très bon séjour, chambre propre et spacieuse, au calme. Seul bémol, l'enregistrement à l'arrivée à l'hôtel, toujours trop long. Il faut vraiment que Novotel arrête avec son enregistrement sur smartphone, les réceptionnistes ne semblent pas formées à l'utilisation de l'appli, ne s'en sortent pas, et mettent beaucoup trop de temps.
