Le chauffage n’était pas activé lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il a fallut l’intervention d’un technicien, la piscine était glaciale donc impraticable, il y a eu ce jour là une coupure et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas durant 2h, l’alarme incendie a été déclenchée au moins pendant 10 mn... difficile de faire pire...

Bon accueil, service OK. Défectuosité poignée de la toilette d'une des chambres à reparer d'urgence au risque d'y être enfermé...surtout pour un séjour avec des enfants

Très bon accueil, hotel très calme mais peu entretenu. Les portes de la piscine sont vertes ou rouillés a beaucoup d'endroit. Les sols des balcons sont a refaire. La literie est a revoir pas confortable de dormir avec un sous drap en plastique. Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes. Les plaintes se décollent, quelques petits insectes morts dans les coins de la chambre. L hotel est loin d'être complet mais lorsque l on demande des peignoirs et des tongs pour nous rendre au spa, il n y en a plus. Restaurant avec peu de saveur mais un petit déjeuné bien frais et délicieux.

Hôtel correct en général. Séjour de deux nuits. Superbe Accueil, personnel de l'hôtel très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner continental assez bon et copieux. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue sur golf mais nous avions vue sur jardin et piscine étant au 1er étage. Notre chambre n'avait pas été préparée pour 4 mais pour 2. La piscine chauffée de l'hôtel n'était pas bien chaude en raison de la température extérieure hivernale et des baies vitrées abritant la piscine, c'est vraiment dommage. Je m'attendais à mieux pour un Novotel.
