Room smelled of smoke, bedding had cigarette burns

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. EVER. Our first room wasn't even done being remodeled, there were loose wires, holes in the walls, and stains everywhere. Then we saw that the room was infested with roaches AND bedbugs. Upon letting the front office know, they said they would move us to another room that was done being remodeled once it opened up. They said it would take a bit, so we went to our convention. We returned later to find that they had REMOVED ALL OUR BELONGINGS, EVEN THROWING SOME AWAY because management just told them to clean it out. The new room STILL HAD ROACHES, the bathroom wasn't done with repairs and more loose wires with the outlet cover hanging off. I will be pursuing a refund for this horrific experience and for the items lost. Do not stay here unless you have no other options. I almost would have rather slept in my car.

This motel was in horrible condition and filthy. My wife and I were afraid to walk in the room bare footed. Sheets did not fit the bed and the pillows were almost flat. It should be removed from Expedia listing. I don’t think it could pass a health inspection. They were redoing rooms and paint was off. Microwave cord was not long enough to reach receptacle. There was an old refrigerator in room that was noisy and would not stay closed. We were afraid to drink water from faucet.

DRapes where in bad condition as well as the shower curtain--- AC would not cool the room and was very dirty and the fridge didnt work at ALL-----the microwave had to tray and no extension cord to plug in!!!

The hotel was awful. There was no way to control the ac as the knobs where broken off. The room was dirty. Infested with bugs. The fridge and the microwave didnt work. No towels in the room. No turn down service.the smoke detector hung from the wall by some wires. The tub was stained and filthy. The rug wasnt vaccumed and had multiple tears. The pillows had several cuts.

this property was absolutely disgusting there was cockroaches everywhere there was bed bugs the manager Patrick was rude and disrespectful and apparently they sneak it in where you stay for longer than 10 minutes you don't get a refund no matter what happens

Nothing but drug addicts and bed bugs at this dump!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The manager is very unprofessional as well as the staff. This place needs to be torn down ASAP. I was only in the room for 2 hours, which was bug infested, not cleaned, filthy bathroom, falling apart, and the the manager had the nerve to charge me a $250 smoking fee on top of the $75 room charge!!! So I paid over $300 for this bug-infested, smoke-filled, dirty, smelly, drug-addicted room I only stayed 2 hrs in. They will take your credit card and then SCAM you out of the $250 deposit after you leave saying "you smoked"... when the place if full of smoke, bugs, and addicts!! Then it’s your word against theirs and NOTHING you can do!! Beware!!! This place is worse than anywhere I have ever been. And I was only there for a couple hours... for $325???? I guess they needed it for more drugs because they’re definitely not putting the money into the rooms.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room had bugs crawling in the bathroom, holes in the walls, no bath towels... we had to ask for them, the bathtub had a big crack inside at the bottom, shower curtain was nasty and stained, no fitted sheet on mattress. Instead they put 2 flat sheets! The blanket had holes all over it. Like cigarette burn holes. Disgusting place. It’s not fit for people who are traveling or on vacation. It’s really a place for drug addicts. The health department needs to get involved and shut them down.

This place taught us to look at a room before paying. The room has a worn out bed, limp pillows, grimy furniture and you must go the office to ask for towels and a bar of soap. It must a rent by the hour place. Noisy mufflers coming and going . It's the worst place we've ever stayed

First of all the room stunk ..felt like i had to sleep with a net over my head to keep the roaches off..dresser was broken..putty on the walls..roaches in the microwave and fridge..base of the bathroom floor was cracking..air vent missing from the ceiling..VERY RUDE front desk staff..wouldn't recommend this place to nobody..should of paid the extra hundred dollars a week to stay where I was before..really feel sorry for the people that have to stay there..I'm praying for all of you!! Oh and make sure you get your deposit back before you leave cause if you don't you won't get it back..wish you could give negative ratings
