Travel Inn

I'll start this out by saying I've stayed in plenty of economy hotels. I'm a travelling contractor and I like to save some money when I stay. This was a short notice trip and we were unable to find rooms else where. What a mistake staying here was! The smell was barely bearable and my room in particular had no fridge or microwave. I was afraid to sleep under the covers and elected to just sleep on top of the comforter in hopes that it was at least clean. The deadbolt on the door didn't work and the toilet seat was falling apart. As one person said you'd probably be better off staying in your car.

Put me in a room already rented, then did the same to me... had someone come with a key to my room at 3:30am. I am very lucky the first room the guest were out and I did not get shot... The guy that come to my room at 3:30am, is lucky that I had it happen to me, so that he was not shot... Room rough... clean, but very ghetto.

The outside looks better than the inside. Room was old and dated. Electrical outlets were loose ....cords wouldn't stay plugged in them well. Remote on tv didn't work picture was fuzzy on all stations. Had to a take a cold shower water would not heat up . Heater did work well in room and the bed was big and comfortable.

I recently called the front office needing tom speak to my husband whom is there on business (and was not answering his cell). After calling for a half hour with no answer a gentle man answered the phone. When he answered I said "Hello I was wondering if I could please speak to a guest." Operator: Do you have a room number? Me: No. But I know he is staying there. Him: If you don't have a room number I can't help you Me: Well can I leave him a message its for my children's father Him: I can't do anything without a room number. Me: Dude your killing me. You can't take a message? Him: I can't do anything without a room number. THAN he hung up the phone on me! When I called back. I told him he was rude and I was going to talk to his boss. He was than hung up AGAIN My third and final try. He answered when he did. I instantly told him upon answering that I was going to write a negative review online. In which he replied "Go ahead I have a friend at google that can erase it and if you call again I will file harassment" If this is how they treat their potential guest and the people whom may need to contact them! I STRONGLY recommend another company! I'm grateful my child isn't in the hospital and WILL be telling him when he answers! Harassment! How about rude!

The absolute worst overall experience ever! The thought of this place even being in business is laughable.HAS to be a cover up business.as soon as u walk in the smell of urine being Human or animal was undenieable. I didn't even stay.and the personality and courteousness of the staff shared the same odor having to argue about obtaining a refund which seemed impossible until the mention of calling the authorities happened. This is what's wrong with businesses in america.

I Was Expecting A Decent Hotel, The Staff Was Weird Not Friendly, Donuts Look Old And Stale, Look Like A Room You Would Take A Hooker,Hair Already In The Bed, Wifi Dont Work, Don't Come Here Man, But The Shower Was Hot, Hotel Was Quiet, And Bed Was Soft.

Never ever stay at the roach hotel. Lights hanging, not working. Crack infested, disease infested, I think marion county jail has better staff and accommodations. I am soo glad my kids weren't here. The lights don't work. Dirty methed out staff walk around chewing on their neck. And no refunds!!!! No coffee pot, no clock , this is by far the most disgusting place I have ever seen.

This place is dirty not maintained at all. The staff is rude, The neighborhood is shall we say very undesirable. I am glad I did not have any children with me. I would be afraid for their safety Beds were dirty, Bath did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time the manager was rude and did not care about my issues. The only thing I liked it that Joe's crab shack is close to this hotel

This hotel needs over hulled. First of all first room air didn't work the next room they put us in the dresser was broke missing draw the table has broken leg the chair was dirty. Know remote to tv and when u try to change channel would turn it off or it turned up sound. Wall plates of electronic socket. Towel was size of a hand towel. Wall had drywall mud on it. And the key doesn't work they couldn't give insane check out at 11 am never stay there when
