Staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English which is really refreshing in China.

A lovely hotel with a great pool and nice food. Clean rooms and friendly staff. A perfect getaway.

房間大, 體育設施好. 但是壁球場的照明不好, 有燈管沒亮. 員工非常有禮貌, 服務熱情. 早餐非常豐富. 可惜附近正在修地下鐵路, 噪音有時較大. 亦影響交通.

After two long flights, I was happy to see that this hotel has a spa. Turns out that the spa cannot accept non-local credit cards. They called up to the reception to see if they can charge to the room. The reception said no because my room was paid for by my host. They suggested that I go upstairs and withdraw some money at the ATM. Upstairs, it turns out that there is no ATM. I go up to the reception and ask them if they can take my credit card for incidentals and let me charge to the room. The woman at the counter makes a face and hands me over to a man. The man calls the spa, talks to someone at the back office, and tells me I can come back up to the reception after the massage and pay with my credit card. Knowing that the spa staff will not understand if I tell them this in English, I ask him to call the spa and explain. He makes a call assures me that everything is fine. I go downstairs and the spa staff say they have not heard anything. I ask them to call the reception. They call and say, "no". At this point, I got fed up even more stressed than before, and left. I've traveled around the world and stayed in more hotels than I can remember. This is by far the worst front desk experience. Front desk people at 5-star hotels proactively find solutions to the customer's problem. Here, they not only are unhelpful, making me run around wasting time, but go far enough to make me feel unwelcome. The only reason I don't give a 1-star is that the room is very nice and spacious and the dinner was good (not outstanding, but good)

Nice, clean, good location. Booked non-smoking room but the prepared non-smoking room is full of the smoking smell. Got room changed immediately and seems an upgraded room which is a bitter bigger.

My stay was great. No complaints. Staff was helpful. Starbucks in the hotel, which was lovely. Great location for getting to West Lake and other areas. The Spa downstairs was incredibly overpriced. Fancy hotel or not, the prices reflected that of a 5-star hotel in the States. I opted out. Hotel might could give a better guest discount to offset the inflated prices, and I bet more guests would use the service.

環境不錯，酒店職員友善有禮，但是酒店外面有地鐵工程比較嘈特別在晚上及房間不時聞到煙味（住不吸煙樓層）

Excellent! Constructions on the other side of the road so that rooms with hill view will have noise all night and day.

The rooms are nice and clean and the bed is comfy. The toilet and shower could be updated. The breakfast is very large, but still somehow I found very little to eat. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor was just average. All in all I still think this is one the best hotels in the area.
