Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel

This is my first encounter with this hotel chain. It does not have the fancy decorations as I learned that is a five star hotel, in fact the decoration are very traditional, and there are signs of old. However, it provides comfortable bed, motorized window shade, (a surprising modern equipment in contrast to the rest room deco), the bathroom is so so, but reasonably clean. After all, the price is very reasonable for a five star hotel in Hangzhou. The breakfast is bounty, but the time I visited is the Chinese New Year holiday season, very crowded, too many people to enjoy the place or taste the great variety of food. Yet I will say the quality and the variety is very good. Again, maybe the situation of the holiday season, many rooms are not prepared in the late afternoon, guests have to wait for awhile before they could enter the room.

대체적으로 방도 청결하고 TV와 WiFi도 무난하였으며 직원들도 손님을위해 최선을 다하려는 모습이 좋았습니다. 아침조식 뷔페는 좋았습니다. 다만 욕실이 사진으로 보았던 이미지와 다르고 작아서 불편하였습니다.

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars; it's service, room, buffet breakfast & weather proof room. It's also close to West Lake, the key tourist spot in Hangzhou. Therefore it's very reasonable & value for money. I will definitely stay here if I ever return to Hangzhou.

관광도시여서 그런지 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

A relaxing space with a good breakfast reasonable sized rooms and friendly staff albeit that English was a problem The area around the hotel is good to go walking there is a track up the nearby hills worth a walk Make sure you visit Westlake when in hangzhou

This hotel was excellent in every respect and a bargain compared to what the same price would buy in Beijing or Shanghai. Very convenient location.

Relatively new hotel, good facilities, good restaurants.

We stay at this hotel regularly for business and it is very good for the price. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The football stadium is a five minute walk away and there are lots of small eateries around the stadium too, including a McDonald's and a Cha mate. There is also a Walmart over the top of the McDonalds. The Maya bar which is full of expats is also in walking distance. So overall I would recommend.

柜台人员服务态度差，订了含早餐的房间，而且出示订房的咨讯了，柜台人员查不到就说要自行打国际电话处理，而不是协助客人处理。直到我们要求经理出面，经理才协助电联。结账时，签完帐单也是直接丢在抬面上，直到我主动问她是否接完帐，柜员才说可以了，没见过有星级的酒店有如此没素质的服务员。早餐时，服务员也是不带位，请协助煮汤，问了两次，煮面的服务员就不耐烦的大喊:到底要什么？！。惊！总体，这样的住宿经验，不值得花钱体验。就是经理级的人员还能沟通，但一般都是跟第一线员工接触，第一线人员没素质到顶点……没训练过的员工服务客人是件可怕的事……
