Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel

整體印象很好，飯店很乾淨舒適，唯事先我不知道要2000RMB押金，check-in時有點意外。

We use to visit this hotel for last 6 years at least every summer holidays. We still like it, however we observe slight change of management to be focused rather on large groups than individual customer. This is overall trend, I know. There are no small pensions in Hangzhou which may be an option. So, unfortunately, during each visit here we found some details which dissapeared during current year. But still it is probably the best choice...

Hotel is more than 20 years old. Still a great 5 stars classic hotel. Spacious lobby hall with a few restaurants to dine in. Good for business meetings at the tea house or conference however the minus point is the room is too classic design and not the modern type which you may be looking for. About 27km from the airport. Clubbing and sightseeing tourist spots to the west lake is about 10 mins car ride depend on the traffic condition.

The hotel owns a very good location next to the world trade center you can also take a free walk to the West Lake if you like. A city iconic hotel with a grand feeling, rooms are renovated so it's very up-to-date, also the breakfast is rich with many local delicacies. With a very good deal rate you can stay in a local 5 stars hotel, they even have foreign languages speaking staffs around, very International

The hotel is quite good however, don't think it is a 5 Stars hotel if compare to those international chain hotels. The room is good and I like it but the bathroom is old. The water in the bathroom cannot drain and it got stucked everytime. breakfast was good and other service is fine too.

我們住了6個晚上，住的是Superior Room.但是很失望。房間里沒有冷氣，房間和洗手間又小又殘舊。房間的大門鎖也是壞掉的，不能鎖門。Housekeeping 也沒有每天換床單。地毯很髒。我們一走進房間已經想退房了，但是因爲我們已經在網上付了6晚的房錢，又不能退款，隻能硬著頭皮住完6天。和網上的解紹，照片，實在相差太大距里了。不推薦住這家酒店。不過，2樓的'桃園小館“還不錯。味道好，價錢也不貴。3樓的自助餐也不 錯。

주말에 체크인 한 때문인지 미처 청소가 되지낳은 객실을 내주었다. 바꿔달라고 했으나, 청소해준다며 기다리는 시간이 30분이상 소요되었다. 영어 의사소통도 안되는 직원들.. ㅠㅠ

주말에 체크인해서 그런지 4시가 넘어 체크인 했음에도 불구하고, 객실 크리닝이 되지않은 상태에서 룸을 주었다. 체인지를 요구했으나 30분 가량 기다리면 청소해주겠다는 말 뿐이었다. 프론트 데스크의 직원도 영어가 서툴러 의사소통에 어려움이 많았다. 또한 논스모킹 룸임에도 불구하고 담배냄새가 찌들어 있어 몇 시간 가량을 환기해야 했다. 기타 시설은 양호했다.

This hotel is in a great area with many things to see within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint with the entire place is that my room wouldnt' cool off enough for my comfort on the 75* days.
