Very old room ,bugs in bed.

Good value

Good clean property with good communication. Was temporary heater in place for the night which was good as aircon gets maintained.

Friendly staff. Could hear neighbours in the next room And out on the verandah, not pleasant at 5am. noise from the highway wasn't good. The meal on site was a good feed.

Comfortable bed and very large room, no contact check in and check out.

Justin was lovely very accommodating if we needed anything he was happy to provide it.

Need update to what facilities are available. ie Resteraunt closed - not advertised.

OK if you are on a budget. Everything is pretty old and tired but at least it all worked. Friendly staff. The family room was good for a family with adult children. It is right on the highway and you have to turn left and make a u-turn to go into Coffs every time which can be a bit frustrating when the traffic is heavy.

Like the privacy. Not too noisy. Good parking. Friendly staff

The room had one chair only, so we had to sit on the bed to watch tv and eat. The mattress had a dip in it on one side so we kept rolling to that side during the night - very uncomfortable. The air con was dated, and didn’t have temp gauge, so we had to guess at where to turn it to get a comfortable temperature. There was no light in the stairwell leading up to room and uneven ground at the bottom of the stairs, which was awkward, as we arrived after dark.
