It was very roomy and very clean. No returned communication via app and no communication about restaurant and dining or breakfast shut down due to covid it was disappointing

The room stunk like a dead body was in there. Yes we checked and fortunately didnt find one. The beds were uncomfortable. The tv wasnt working properly. Parking spots were not allocated to rooms.

Was located in a convenient spot close to most things in Coffs Harbour. The pool and BBQ area looked inviting but we weren’t there long enough to try it out. Room was spacious & had everything we needed but it is out dated /run down and we found our room to be pretty dusty esp the curtains & the carpet was very stained & needs replacing. If you are after a peaceful nights sleep it’s not the place for you as it’s right on the hwy & the traffic noise is pretty loud. We enjoyed our stay & would possibly stay there again if required. Staff on check in were very polite & helpful
