I found the bed to be uncomfortable, lighting was poor and the internet did not connect, reported to reception. work did not happen. the reception staff were lovely and friendly and dinner was good.

There was not enough of a sound barrier between the rooms. As a result, I had interrupted sleep due to the joining room making noise into the early hours of the morning. The door needs to be soundproofed so that this cannot happen.

The property could do with a long awaited revamp, its tired, as was our room, however on the plus side we got to have our little Stella (cocker spaniel) in the room with us, she slept on her bean bag, we ordered room service and the food we had was awesome, delicious, yummy, well presented and large portions great value for the money. Our room was about what you would expect, very roomy, shower hot and awesome, nothing to fancy, could do with a spruce up, air con great, a little traffic noise but for one night it was fine. Plenty of parking, we parked outside our unit. It was very handy to the M1 (pacific hwy) and access was easy, well sign posted....

The family room is very old and run down ...Fan running looked like it was going to come off !!! Bin in toilet wasn’t emptied!!

The customer service here was FANTASTIC..! The location for a family was perfect! And the room was big in size... We will definitely stop again..!
