I wanted to get in touch to say a huge thank you from myself and everyone at SC Johnson. Throughout the whole process of researching options, planning the day, and presenting in Malmaison, Abbie and the team have been fantastic. The speed and clarity you have provided have made the project stress free. On the day: Patrick, Michael, and the other person on reception (sorry I cannot remember her name) were very helpful and adapted on multiple options and timings which made the day run smoothly. Everyone who stayed overnight was very complimentary of the rooms. The food was delicious! I got a lot of people coming over to me and saying Malmaison was a brilliant choice.

We visited earlier today and received a 5 star warm welcome with awesome hospitality by everyone we met. Book for a Sunday Lunch! You will not be disappointed. I had the chicken which was perfect and my husband had the beef which was so tasty! We didn't have much room left after for dessert so we decided on sorbet and ice cream. All excellent and a delight for the taste buds. Thanks Team Malmaison for a lovely sunday lunch!

Went for afternoon tea with some friends, the afternoon tea was delicious, we were served by Tia who explained the whole menu, checked that we had no allergies, made sure that we had enough tea, coffee and water for the table. Tia made sure we had clean plates for our sweet treats after we had finished with the savoury part. Tia is an asset to Malmaison, it was an absolute pleasure to be served by someone so friendly and professional.

First class from the minute I arrived.....at reception, I was met by Molly & Michelle... good rapport.... room was OK, clean.. gd sleepable mattress 😴.... room with a view, curtesy of Zeinab - lovely young lady (maltesers)! 🙂 That was Mon 8/9/25.... Tues 9/9/25... down at 07.50 for brekky- very busy.... Tia was very busy yet coped well, a credit to the chain.....(as we're you all). Menu was varied and good selection.....catering for all.. would it stay again!! - indeed, as this was my second stay....... and will be back.. thanks all

Room, location and service were all really good. A special shout to Tia in particular: as we had our dog with us, she had to serve us breakfast in bar (outside the main eating area for those without canines), she was really helpful, even sneaking in an extra sausage for the dog!

Stayed here with 2 other couples- all in our 50s- a reunion of friends who had been at Leeds Uni. The hotel is quirky and fun but also comfortable and has all the facilities you would want. In my mind it’s always a good sign when it’s Taylor’s coffee bags and not Nescafe’ instant! All the staff we came across were so lovely, friendly, helpful and chatty- at reception and at the bar. The rooms were all very comfortable . We had drinks at the bar and they had a good range of drinks as well as cocktails. Breakfast was excellent- a great range of choices and the cooked breakfasts all cooked really well. Loved their sustainability option of choosing whether to have your room serviced daily or have a voucher for up to £7.50 per person for drinks in the bar/ donate it to charity. The hotel is also in a great location to easily walk into town. Recommend the water taxi that takes you from the docks to the incredible Leeds Armouries (which is free!) Electric shuffleboard is a lot of fun and also great bar with range of drinks and cocktails. Salvos Italian restaurant on Headingly- still as good as when we went as students! Shopping in Leeds has so much choice including Harvey Nichols and a huge array of designer shops. All in all a great weekend venue. Thank you Malmaison

Went for a lovely afternoon tea today. The mains were particularly lovey. A mini burger spicy noodle wrap, crab taco with caviar and spicy chicken. All came with unlimited coffees water scone and a great selection of seasonal deserts. It was in a lovely room with interesting animals in jars. We were served by Tia who was lovely friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended.

Everything was spot on. Rooms very comfortable - beds and pillows good quality. Plenty of fresh towels hot water etc. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Hair dryer and iron in wardrobe. Shower caps, toiletries, head coffee - they've thought of everything. Breakfast was superb and all the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for a great stay

We stayed for one night at Malmaison, we were able to bring our dog Apollo, and we were all made to feel so welcome. The staff were so accommodating, from the welcome to the breakfast the next morning.
