We chose the Club Deluxe Room which was large and gorgeous. The bed was huge and really comfortable; we had a view of the bridge and river. Really impressed with the facilities within the room - iron, coffee machine, water, tea varieties, toiletries, tv, storage, safe. The large bathroom had a separate bath and shower. Staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. Lifts were quick and convenient. Small blunders were the cobwebs at the top of the curtains and the blind that didn’t close properly. Fortunately, didn’t spoil our stay.

Lovely lunch and super service from Patrick. We had the lunchtime menu with a nice selection, including tacos tuna tartare. Great value, too.
