Tylney Hall

Excellent service from all the staff (especially concierge, breakfast team and reception). Comfortable room, beautiful grounds and high quality food. The spa and spa treatment were fine but not amazing, but overall a fantastic stay and we’ll be returning.

The WIFI was shocking, The room was very noisy from neighbours and people walking past, and lots of doors slammed when they shut. Had a few bugs crawling over me when I woke up. Not bedbugs just random. The bed was very uncomfortable, I booked an exec room, and it felt very standard. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Room a little bit old but spacious. Services let me disappointed because I order a birthday cake from them. When I check in I already told the receptionist please deliver the cake at 7pm. But cake 5pm arrived that time I was not in the room so I cannot surprised my husband. And also cake no cover, only 2 sets plate and cutlery. We booking room for 3 people and cake for 3-4 people. We swam in the outdoor pool, the temperature was not high that day but the pool water was warm and we were able to swim after 7pm.

Tylney Hall is a wonderfully peaceful, typically English hotel, with history, gardens, peace and quiet and professional staff who are friendly and attentive. Simply the best stay for relaxation and we were especially blessed with wonderful weather so could relax by the outdoor pool, simply bliss

Tylney hall was pleasing to the eye , stunning gardens and lovely lean rooms friendly staff they would of gotten 5 stars but trying to up charge on everything like early checkin and a kind bed was agitating , but we paid top rate for a top rate hotel …and most staff were very professional and excellent customer care

Wonderful overnight stay, stunning facilities and grounds.

Stayed here with my pregnant wife for one night with friends. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. Oliver at concierge, Della at the spa and Sophie in the restaurant were all really fantastic. Stayed in a Garden Room which was slightly away from the main building. It was modern, cosy and clean. Only a short walk to the main building. Concierge can drive you if needed too. Main building more classic in appearance and decor, but cosy and warm. Food was excellent. Indoor pool and changing room could do with a bit of an update, but still lovely to have. Wife’s spa treatment was lovely, but area could be modernised. Really lovely stay, thank you Tylney Hall

Another really nice trip to Tylney Hall. As usual, service and food were excellent. The whole place is looking a bit tired now though—could really do with outside paintwork refreshing and carpets replacing.
