Our stay was an absolute disappointment. To start with, the first room we were given was filthy; there were even socks left behind by previous guests. We requested a room change, but the issues continued in the second room. We found hair behind the door, the shower hose was rusty, and the showerhead holder was broken. Housekeeping was practically non-existent; the coffee we had on the first day was still on the balcony on the third day. I asked for a refund and spend my last days in another hotel. I was told refund was not possible and they upgraded us to a room with sea view. This time the room was finally clean. In all 3 rooms we changed in this hotel, beds were too soft and uncomfortable, and rooms were letting too much of the traffic noise inside. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Spent 2 nights here here with my lady friend following a short small boat cruise in the Med involving Greek islands. Check in was quick and painless with a delightful young lady sorting us. A smart porter transferred our luggage up to the 2nd floor where we had a great sea view from our very smart a/c room with double balconies. The bed was large and very comfy with everything spotless. Lighting was innovative and chic, the bathroom with double shower and patio windows was stunning. As the hotel was on a busy dual carriageway with adjacent twin tram lines, to sit on the balcony without headphones or ear plugs was not really an option. The roof top pool was cool, calm and clean with well stocked bar attached. Prices were steeper than elsewhere but cocktails were well prepared at around €11. A sky view restaurant was a few steps down from the pool area with stunning views of the sunset and later fireworks. The food choice here was limited but quality was fine, however, served cold on cold plates at higher prices than elsewhere. I'm assuming the food was cooked 5 or 6 floors below and not thermally insulated for the trip skywards. I had chicken in sauce, while Donna had kebab, pitta and chips. Breakfast was an excellent self service buffet with hot, cold and eggs/ omelettes cooked to order. There was a Greek coffee making station, which a young lady showed me how to use. The trick is to be firm with the copper ladle to scrunch the sand and reach the hot bed. The resulting beverage was amazingly good, powerful, rich aromatic and very tasty. Over the road and tramlines, the hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach with bar and taverna. All good. The beach is a bit shingly/ sandy with a few smooth rocks in the sea. Water quality was very good with a fair few fish. There were toilets there and refreshing showers. The hotel was served very well by public transport with buses and trams early till late at very reasonable prices. Airport Express bus X96 stopped opposite charging around €5 or so per person to the airport about an hour's journey. Taxis and on line versions were also abundant with a fare of around €10 or so to take you to, for example, Mikro Limona. Here there is a small half round marina with a whole myriad of tavernas and restaurants all serving excellent, tasty food at competetive prices.

The included breakfast buffet was amazing! We were also give. Plenty of bathroom amenities and towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small and the balcony was sooo small. Wish there had been a microwave.

This is a great little hotel & we really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 nights here prior to joining a cruise & cannot fault it. Staff are all excellent from front desk to restaurant, pool bar & especially breakfast. They are all friendly & helpful & genuinely can't do enough for you. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't as well run as this. Our room was spotless & comfortable, good air con & facilities. I will say it is on the extremely busy coast road, so the sea view rooms might be a little noisier, we were at the back of the hotel & didn't hear a thing. The small roof top pool was lovely & we did spend time there but it is small so you need to be aware you might not find a spot when busy. We did enjoy the bar up there - good cocktails!! We had dinner once in the restaurant on the top floor & once at the beach tavern over the road & enjoyed both meals. Also the beach bar is a lovely place to sit & watch the sunset. Breakfast was great - literally something for everyone from hot food (bacon, eggs, sausages etc) to made to order omelettes & cold meat & cheeses. Fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, pastries, breads, toast, coffee, tea, juice. They even taught us how to make Greek coffee! Access into the city is so easy & cheap on public transport, there's a tram stop opposite & an excellent service - 20 mins to the centre. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved being close to beach and restaurants! Room was clean and complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
