cooked breakfast was dry, scrambbled eggs not the best. Hash brown would be nice to add to menu.

We could see our rooms and some areas had been recently improved/updated. Hopefully that will continue

Everything in one place, saved us going out for meals etc.

The Village was exactly what we wanted,Jack M looked after us and gave us a great tour of the facilities and the customer experience was excellent through and through. Will definitely be returning.

Hated everything it was nasty was not clean and very much not worth the cost. had no choice put stayed but slept on my towels. took ill after as the room was dusty and overall horrible.

Dear James, We recently visited and stayed at the Village Hotel Leeds North, our stay was for one night on 02/05/26 and we stayed in room 226. I am emailing you today with multiple concerns regarding our room and the horrendous noise and problems we encountered throughout a very sleepless night. First of all the room as stated above no. 226 where upon arrival we experienced our first problems. Loose toilet seat and wonky. The plug socket to the right of the tall mirror didn’t work which is not ideal for my wife using the tall mirror and trying to use the hairdryer and straighteners. We also realised that although the hotel supplied an ironing board and a water jug to fill the iron the iron was missing before we went out for the evening my wife made reception aware of the issues, the reply regarding the iron was are you sure you have looked properly ? I think a word to the wise on how your staff should be talking to paying guests ! We were told they would send an iron to the room to use the next day, upon our return still no iron, although these things may seem minimal they are things one would expect to be in working order and available when advertised. We arrived back to our room and went to sleep only to be woken at approximately 2.30 am by music blasting out of a car and shouting and screaming from one side of the car park to the other as well as cars screeching in and out of the car park this went on for nearly 2 hours and totally ruined our nights sleep which was needed before a 2 hour drive home. I have attached a photo of one of the vehicles which you will see was parked directly outside our room window. The next morning upon checkout we spoke to a young lady on the reception desk and were give your email address and told all these points would be noted on our booking. I hope this is the case, i will await your reply regarding the above matters. The village hotels are not a cheap hotel brand and are not the cheapest hotels to stay in we would expect a higher standard of care, attention to detail and secure surroundings where your guests feel safe and assured of a good nights sleep. As an added extra can I just point out to you that we are not people that stay in hotels and find anything we can to complain about in fact in the majority of cases we find most places more than satisfactory and make a point of praising staff for their hard work and hotel standards. We await your reply regarding the matters above in due course, and would be grateful for a swift reply and satisfactory outcome.
