Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort & SPA

This place is just a bit shabby. We paid for 3 nights but checked out after 2. The check in staff need some training in eye contact and the concierge was so poor. The worst however was the pool. Very small and full of people with inflatables and their own sound system! Only 1 bar staff. Don’t stay here.

The hotel was very nice with good food. It was more than we usually spend on a hotel and I think what we paid was a little high but on par with the area. Buyer beware on the private boat tours offered. Save your money. You can get to all the places they offer for far cheaper and self guided tours can give you all the info.

Great property overall. However, we were told that we get a free spa treatment but failed to mention that the spa is not even open. Real bummer. Shoutout to Yousaf for taking care of us, he made us feel comfortable and safe.

This is a nice hotel but I think little overpriced and the staff is very difficult, but great location.

Upscale and beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially loved the pool facing the Lake. Stunning views of the Ferry and boats going by.

We had a great time in the hotel. The pool area is amazing with unprecedented views. The restaurants were excellent - food, views and service. 2 mins walk from boat dock and bus stand. The room was very clean and nice but we didn’t stay much in the room. It is much quieter than places like Bellagio but we like it that way.

Loved everything about the hotel. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean.

This Hotel is in a beautiful area, close to some very nice restaurants and the pier for the ferry to Como.

Grand Hotel Imperiale & Resort is an amazing hotel and the location is great! It's definitely a dreamy spot!
