This property is in an awesome location on lake Como, and the views from the pool and the out door restaurants are breath taking especially at night. You can also have a private boat pick you up from the pool side to go up and down lake come. Very nice hotel would definitely revisit!

Spectacular resort. Amazing pool on the lake, and access to the lake. Gorgeous terrace view. Thank you for a great experience on Lake Como. I will return.

Our room (203) and the hotel in general in dire need of refurbishment. Shower in bath combination is dangerous and leaks all over the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. Food is below average with pool food mostly terrible. Location is beyond spectacular but very overpriced for the condition of the property.

Amazing breakfast with serving coffee. Hotel room with nice view. Partial view to lake. Outside around entrance to hotel was at night little bit noisy. Hotel rooms needed small repairs. Comfortable huge bed. Strange shower in bathtub.

"Run down rooms and hotel "

Terrible for the price. The owners of this hotel should be happy and praise their manager Umberto. Had it not been for his hospitality and managerial skills we would’ve let. We were paying Ritz Carlton price while being accommodated in days in hotel. This hotel needs MAJOR remodeling and upgrading. Hair dryers are still push button, TVs are 2x2 size, and bathrooms are stuck in the 1980s. Umberto was INCREDIBLE, but the room and common areas were terrible. If you are going to charge Ritz Carlton prices then you need to deliver superb standards. It’s not fair that people are traveling so far, paying extremely high prices, and then getting there and having no option but to stay in these rooms.
