You sat was amazing! He tended to me very nicely! Place was amazing. Front desk was perfect! They helped me with my birthday needs! I will definitely be coming back! Best vacation ever!! Breakfast was super!!

"Old outdated hotel"

Very old hotel, the rooms are outdated and not comfy. Its not directly on the lake and the area is not recommended

This property was perfect to experience Lake Como. Quiet, safe, and amazing view with a pool and lake access. Super easy to obtain a boat tour of the lake that you can customize. Parking was available and easy. Streets were narrow getting there as it is everywhere around the lake so be prepared. Highly recommend!

It’s a hotel that has a lot to improve. Very noisy, staff not always kind, we have to pay for example to use the indoor swimming pool which is something that I never seen before. Nothing on the area as well.

Wonderful stay! I was a little worried by the reviews, but it was an amazing stay. The staff was supper attentive and very warm. There's a Ferry station right next to the hotel that can take you to anywhere on the lake so its very easy and fun to get around with/without a car. I would absolutely come back and will recommend it to everyone. I think the negative reviews are mainly from Americans who have trouble embracing European customs (and I say that as an American). Thank you so much!!

For the cost per night the property is dated and the staff is not friendly. Also, this is our 2nd time at the property (which see mentioned during checkin) and it was the fourth time for the couple we were traveling with. There was no acknowledgment or recognition by the staff as return guests. Also, there was a dead rat decomposing on the walkway. Staff were informed and after 3 days the rat was still on the walkway! Neither of the couples will be returning to this property.

For 3 days there was a dead rat on the path to the street, we reported to front desk nothing was done. Advised that we were celebrating 2 special occasions and it was our 4th stay yet no acknowledgement was made, no card / no complimentary drink. Items in room inconsistent, no robes in our room, toiletry items not re-stocked.
