Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort & SPA

The hotel was disappointing for the price. The staff was rude and made no apologies when things would go wrong (AC didn’t work first night, key cards stopped working mid stay, etc). We moved to the Hilton in Como for the final 2 nights of the stay and it was much nicer and more enjoyable.

Nice hotel but a little pricey. They serve a great breakfast and is readily accessible to the Lake Como ferry system. There was some confusion when we arrived with a large group but eventually everyone got their luggage delivered. We were assigned to a hotel annex that took us away from our group but it was fine.

Great Staff special Frontdesk Manager David and his team Jakub,Gabriele all ladies and the amazing HK team who made the rooms ready asap....and the amazing portier who are working for years in the hotel.......good choices food in the Restaurant....friendly staff under the supervision from the Maitre who has years of experience ...its great to be back and to have happy guests..... grazie 1000

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the Grand Hotel Imperiale at Moltrasio as part of a tour of gardens of Lakes Como and Maggiore. The reception staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our Executive lake view room was large and elegant with slightly obstructed views over Lake Como. The breakfast buffet was extensive. As half board guests we had unrestricted choice from the à la carte menu or ‘specials’ menu for dinner. Once various burgers had been discounted there were plenty of delicious, well presented Italian dishes. The only downside of the hotel was the terrible, utterly dysfunctional service in the restaurant every evening. I cannot recall ever being in such a poorly run restaurant, which was a disappointment in such an otherwise impressive hotel.

Beautiful location, excellent staff, excellent service. One of our best meals in Europe.

This property is gorgeous, it’s right by the ferry stop, and has amazing views of the lake. The staff was phenomenal! Every interaction we had with a staff member was excellent

I went to this hotel with my gf, everythin was problem from checkin to check out. Hotel is nothin special no luxury at all. Old pics and when we came to the hotel and ive already paid they asked me for physical card which i didn had on me cos of 2024 and i had it on my phone. They didnt accept it. Ok so i paid again for the hotel and they told me im gonna have my money back in 2-3 days max. Its been week nobody even reply to my e-mail and nothin. Ive asked for better room cos i went to COMO for proposal, they messaged me Yes we will do our best, Nothin happen. Problem with parking as well or u can pay 24€ for parking. Balcony was dirty and its nothin like on pictures so i would NEVER EVER COME BACK! Not even for free.
