Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort & SPA

This property is nice but by all means it doesn’t justify the high price tag they are charging. Shop elsewhere!!!

The hotel needs to be renovated. Our $1,100.00 a night Junior suit was not worth it at all. The view wasn’t as described. Ultimately, we will never stay here again. The food wasn’t good and over priced. Definitely a disappointing experience since this was our first time to Lake Como and was a dream of ours. We would not recommend this place to our family or friends. We would recommend this place to our enemies. :) PS: The staff was very kind and helpful. No issues with the people.

Beautiful resort and excellent (though expensive) food options. Using the ferries is a little bit tough from Moltrasio as the options are slightly limited (compared to a larger port).

This is set in a stunning part of the world and is a beautifully appointed hotel with gorgeous gardens. You have bistro, silver service and room service dining options. There is little else in Moltrasio, though. Those that like a little more in terms of shopping and bustle may prefer one of the other spots like Argegno or Cernobbio

The views and room were great, the staff was disorganized and not great at providing the assistance and level of service I expected. The team at breakfast and fine dining were great but the front desk and concierge left a lot to be desired.

One of my favorite stays during my trip to Italy. The hotel was perfectly between boujee and classy. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and escorted us to our rooms. The views from every part of this place was beautiful, from the pool right on the lake, dinning in the garden to bringing our drinks up from the bar to our balcony at night. We took the ferry from Como to Moltrasio and the hotel was right there. Quiet, peaceful getaway from all the madness and tourists. Hotel is at the bottom but walked around the small town up and down the massive hills and staircases, ending up at the local bar near the top. Hopefully this helps make your decision on where you want to stay on Lake Como!
