Excelente ambiente familiar en el hotel Marvial Emotions y gran actitud de todo el personal. Toda la comida es muy rica.

Pueden mejorar un poco las habitaciones y las albercas no son tan calientes como quisiera.

The beach is wonderful, the buffet plentiful, the evening entertainment fun. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Every room has a balcony with a good screen door. A clothes drying rack for each room.

The airconditioning made the room smell moldy so we left it off and opened our balcony doors which have a screen. The buffet dining room is exceptionally noisy but you can eat on the patio instead. The sign up for the specialty restaurants is ludicrous and doesn't have to be so stupid. One lady makes the bookings twice a week and the starting hour is arbitrarily given out, crowds of people wait hours and no places left at the end of it. So very bad!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Food choices were lacking and bland in taste. I understand it’s difficult to please everyone’s palate but I think it could have been better.

Lo mejor son las opciones de comida, los restaurants de reserva, las bebidas y la calidad de la playa. Laubicación del hotel también excelente y el servicio de SPA

Tuvimos un problema con las personas que venden las membresías de socios pues fue muy desagradable el trato que nos dieron, son muy agresivos en el trato
