No fue de mi agrado lo que recibimos en mi estancia de 3 noches

- problemas con reservas para poder usar el restaurante en un all inclusive, porque no llegue antes de las 6pm - olor de la habitación - olor de los pasadizos cerca a la habitación (teníamos un bote de basura al lado de la puerta) - pedí reserva de taxi y no la hicieron - las bebidas del bar no estuvieron buenas - imposible encontrar una silla en la piscina. Todas tenían toallas puestas y no había gente

Ubicación

Pelos en mi cuarto. Concierto a las 23:00 en medio de los cuartos del lado del edificio club, y llegan a hacer el cuarto 7:00. Bufete deja mucho que desear.

Good evening entertainment that was kid friendly. Good pools, super convenient for families with kids. Wifi worked fine.

Poor hygiene practices at the restaurants, lack of hand washing or sanitizing station in the buffet area. Bathrooms often lacked soap. I got food poisoning after Christmas Eve dinner. Despite staying for 7 days I was not able to book a single night at the a la carte restaurant. Room was in poor shape, rundown, leaking faucet emitting whistling noise that made it hard to sleep. Beds were old, not comfortable. Lines to enter buffet could be long.

"Our stay was great, the staff are all very nice and enjoyed our stay."

Breakfast was awesome

one of the restroom's toilet was leaking, my granddaughter fell not knowing the floor was soaked with water. Had to lay towels down to soak up water. It was resolved on our last day, but otherwise, everything was great.
