"reasonable, comfortable stay"

Staff were very helpful, especially when there were a couple of minor problems. There was a problem with the heater, which they fixed.

Breakfast was not of best quality.

We are country people so, the city is definitely not for us. That's said the desk manager was awesome, great guy. Didn't have contact with anyone else. Room was clean and let us have a good night's sleep.

"Facilities and basic amenities were badly in need improvement. Room snd beds were nice and comfortable."

Room was clean. Front desk staff were professional.

Bathroom fan never shut off. Elevators don’t work. Ice machine doesn’t work. No vending machines. Pool was closed. Entrance doors in the back were broken.

"A decent place to sleep for a night."

Good location, friendly staff, clean sheets and towels, ample parking.

A few basic maintenance issues - lightbulbs out or flashing, unreasonable heat in the hallways, bathroom faucet worked but was ready to fall apart.

"It was only adequate."

The location.

The bathroom sink faucet leaked. The shampoo dispenser was empty and they didn't supply shower soap. The threshold was broken and easily would create stumbling when exiting.
