Novotel Coventry M6/J3

Ignoring requests for alone women on a higher floor and instead putting them on the ground floor. Got to my room and the door was propped open, the bed had been laid on. This was right at the end next to a door to outside. Felt VERY unsafe. At first was denied a room change as they were “full”. Multiple people at reception all complaining. Do not stay here.

The hotel was very good the staff very helpful ,sadly on the visit the evening food service was poor ,the breakfast was excellent

Having stayed a couple of weeks ago had no hesitation in staying again room was clean had great night sleep breakfast was good a lot to chose from staff very helpful especially young lady on reception overall a good stay and will be back soon so thank you all at the hotel

This hotel is tired and unloved. Carpets and upholstery were very dirty with unpleasant stains. There were several burn holes and marks on floor and surfaces.

Hotels was great. Hotels.com is terrible since it moved to onekey

the double beds are uncomfortable. there is literally a gab right in the middle
