"Breakfast good room not to standards of the cost"

The breakfast was excellent and the communal facilities very clean.

The carpet in the room was stained and was very hot I spoke with staff to adjust the temperature bar was still very hot. The layout of a separate toilet and bathroom is not one I like the toilet is very very small roo

Swimming pool .central location , Size of room. Staff friendly .Food

A few facilities didn't work (TV control , extractor fan in bathroom, bath plug, one day couldn't get in the door key needed recalibration). Configuration of room , (toilet had no wash basin had to go into separate bathroom to wash hands, no mirror near plug to dry hair) Price of parking

"No air con in room, broken fridge but staff were friendly."

Staff were friendly and hotel was nice and clean, decor nice and comfortable.

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my 3 friends, fiancé and two children. Air con in our room didn’t work, meaning it was extremely hot and my wedding flowers wilted. Fridge in our room was broken on arrival and had to be swapped, which also meant my button holes were fragile as a result the next day. No DND in room meaning that although reception allowed me to stay a little past check out, they still checked me out and the cleaner started tidying up our room even though my wedding dress and bridesmaids pre wedding cocktails were in the room,
