Park Royal Beach Ixtapa - All Inclusive

The mattress are really bad and not comfortable at all, the staff is not friendly. Also they are always bothering you trying to sell you a time share. Overall I do regret staying on this hotel.

Great service

There were so many kids in the swim up bar pool that you couldn't even get to the bar. There was a wonderful kids pool but hardly no kids in it because they were all in the adult pool. And the Mexican guests were very rude in the morning when trying to get a lounger. They saved a bunch of loungers which we observed that weren't sat in all day. Never again will we stay there.

We enjoyed our stay here. The food was average, always able to find something I like. It was busy with families which is fine but the swim up bar was crawling with kids. There is a bridge tgat separated the pool Into 2 pieces. A small section with a swim up bar and then a very large area. I cant understand why the hotel doesn't relegate children to the main pool area and the kids pool with the really cool water park and leave the adults a small section where we can relax and not be constantly splashed. The staff and grounds were excellent. I probably wouldn't go back as I'm looking for a more adult friendly experience.

All staff was very welcoming and attentive to our every need. The facilities were very nice. I would recommend Park Royal. Will stay here again.

Food was ok at best. The location is the best part of the hotel. Drinks were free which was nice with the all inclusive. The bed and pillows were absolutely terrible but the ocean view was great. Wouldn't recommend to a friend. There has to be better locations with better food.

Full size beds with old mattresses that need to be replaced. Only if you upgrade and pay$150 more dls they give you a room on the second floor which doesn't change that much then they tell you if you become a member then you get a nice room on the very top. Not good quality food, no entertainment at night they send you to the bar across the street called "mangos" where you have to pay for your own drinks.

Service was good. The staff is nice, Friendly and kind. Some areas need maintenance ex.the bridge over the pool. The entertainment is very mediocre. Needs a lot more live fun. people seat ay the lobby bored to an extreme. The pool bar served too much alcohol to young customers and they misbehave and become unbearable. The food and service are very good...in general a positive experience that could be better.

My family and I had a great time at this Resort in Ixtapa we had a blast! The food was very good. They had the disco and we had so much fun. Everything is right by the beach. We got more than what we payed for. I would recommend this Resort for no more than 2 days

I would rate this hotel much higher EXCEPT there was a night club on the property that opened around 10 PM and didn't close until 5 AM and the entire time music and the DJ was blaring through the night making it impossible to sleep. Also, the hotel advertises 3 restaurants, which is true, but one of them is open at a time. Food was good, staff was amazing!
