The staff at the front desk need to smile and be more Conscientious more courteous and nicer to guests However the staff at the restaurant they were all magnificent they really went out of their way To give a perfect service to their guests This was one of my greatest experience anywhere I have traveled to and I am going to mention just a few of the outstanding service you have Miss Guillermina, miss Lourdes both of them from the breakfast and from dinner Manuel and Gilberto They Made my experience in your hotel a great one

Me gustó que el hotel estaba a pie de playa, tenía buena vista, estaba el lugar limpio. Lo que no me gustó fue la calidad de los alimentos y el mal servicio en el lugar de papas y hamburguesas estaba muy mal organizado y que no había guarda vidas

In Ixtapa, I have stayed at Holiday Inn, Brisas, And Barleco. Of all Royal Park was the worst. The pools were small and unclean. The rooms were nice but the bathrooms were unclean. We had to call maintenance because the shower backed up. What we did enjoy was the variety of food. The Italian restaurant was excellent.

WAY TOO many locals at this resort! Getting worse every year! Waited too long for our rooms to be ready!! Children sitting on stools at swim up pool bar, with some people just sitting taking up that space. Staff serving their people first and the rest after that. We won’t return!!!!!!

To many kids with no rules, caused by special rates to locals who are rude and lack respect for other guests. Couldn’t even get a drink at the swim up bar cause kids are playing on it. I have been going here for 15 years, next year we will be staying elsewhere.
