Everything was very cozy....enough space, good design, the house is very quiet, so I could sleep very well, the hotel is very close to the city centre, tram station as well...you can get coffee, drinks and snacks the hole day in the lobby.....perfect!!!

My favrite stay in Dusseldorf. This time laundry dryer was out of orde.

One of my best stays. They topped the table in every aspect possible. Smooth check-in and checkout, place was clean and comfortable , easily accessible location. Would definitely love to come again and I highly recommend it to everyone out there.

Very good price x benefit balance. Excellent location, nearby parking lots and train station, also located to a very nice neighborhood with night life. Good for families also.

Unfortunately I have to share that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. We should stay for a couple of nights but about 1,5 hour after check-in we decided to leave the hotel already. Upon arrival we received a text message that our check-in was delay due to housekeeping issues from 3pm to 6pm. As things like these can happen, no big issue till then. At 6pm we were waiting for our room and we were unable to get in (pin code didn't work). This was for our entire hallway, so we were waiting in the hallway all together. Contacting the staff was solely via phone or whatsapp. We received different information that was confusing, but getting in touch with them happened in general pretty fast. Once we finally were able to get in our room (after 7.30pm) our pin code did not work anymore so we were unable to leave the room as we would not be able to access our room again. Apart from that, the room was still dirty and did not look clean and poorly finished. Attached some pictures. Eventually we contacted the staff to ask for a total refund so we could leave the hotel before 9pm. Initially they offered a 50% refund for the first night but eventually we managed to get a total refund for the first night and that was, in my opinion, the only right solution. So glad with that solution, but unhappy we made it to that point.

My Stay was horrible . Check in too way too much time . I paid around 700 dollars for a scam of a place, The menu for the breakfast did not reflect actuality , no AC. No net on the windows in case you want to open them .Customer service was not very helpful either . If you are looking for a do it yourself overpriced hotel , book this place , Your room is never cleaned and you have to get all your amenities by yourself. No front desk the lobby looks like it's in construction

No turndown service, beds were uncomfortable, the location was not optimal. Check-in service is a bit of a hassle.

The worst experience I could have in my life, they offer a place with a kitchen and they do not have a kitchen sink so you have to wash the dishes in the washbasin, it does not have an extractor so you have to open all the windows and doors every time you go to cook to not setting off the fire alarm and being charged an extremely high fine for it, after spending the worst 2 weeks of my life; When we was checkout they contact us 1 week later telling us that they will charge a fine on the pretext that the room was left with garbage and food remains, and for this supposedly their cleaning team took 30 more minutes to clean, when they asked The photos of how we delivered the room show that what they say is not true because we delivered the room with all the garbage collected and in a bag. In the photo you can see 2 plates and 1 pot in the sink and that is the excuse they use to collect the fine.

A bit dated hotel, close to city centre

This supposedly 3 star hotel is probably one of the worst I have stayed in given the price and location. Price was over double of what it should of been. I was downgrade due to renovations but the hotel had ample opportunity to message me well ahead with this information. Room hasn’t been touched since the 80s. Lost room with not a lot of headroom and a pole in the middle of room next to the bed. TV didn’t work. Wireless average or below. I was offered a free breakfast (12 euro) so hardly anywhere near the compensation that should have been given. Steer clear of this charlatan.
