Lovely hotel.only10 mins walk from centre and literally across the road from the tram stop and underground. Very helpful staff on reception. Lovely breakfast and waitress staff. Cleaners do bare minimum in room. We keep our room tidy anyway but Could of done with a dust each day. Would benefit with tea and coffee in room and some plain water as only sparkling available. Beds are soooo comfy 😍😍

Great location next to metro station and near a tram stop. Bar area was OK and staff were good. Room was big but dated with dirty carpet. Bathroom.... The shower cubicle was covered in thick black mould and grime.... I have stayed all over the world and never seen a shower cubicle in such a state.... It was that bad that my daughter refused to use it.

Stayed there for 8 nights. Every morning i complained about the fact the water at shower was cold. No fix, and they were not even apologetic. Bad pillows. Good location, particularly if you are going to Messe.

The front desk man, Vlad, was the best front desk hotel staff I’ve ever met. Very friendly and informative.

just a short walk from the station 20mins and the same to the altstrat only had a room option because we prefer to have breakfast at different places.2nd visit to the city this was a closer walk into the city than last year. would recomend

Close to Train and shops. 10 Euros for cold breakfast Rooms were small and out dated no tea or coffee facilities

Location was close to public transport, supermarket and cafe. Bedcovers a little dated. Bathroom nice and new. Would have been great to have had a mini fridge in the room.

We were put in an attic room. The lift didn’t even go to that floor. The room was stifling and had no air conditioning. The room was grubby and room service didn’t do anything other than change the towels

Television in both rooms did not work - reported on the first day but nobody came to see about it during our stay. On the first day we also reported an ashtray on our balcony that appeared to be full of sick. It was cleared the following day. Also a sex toy under the wardrobe - disgusting. Uncomfortable in rooms as very hot with no air conditioning - but we knew this before booking. Photos of the above can be supplied. The hotel is good value for money in an ideal location. Just a shame the service and cleanliness were poor

Its near the Alstadt and close to the metro system.Good value for money. Yes its a bit dated in terms of furnishings but that adds to its charm .
