Numa Düsseldorf Artol

Nice long weekend in Dusseldorf using this hotel. A very nice place to stay indeed, room was very clean and comfortable. Dusseldorf centre about 20 minutes walk away.

Hotel is an old one apparently, with carpets and old-style decoration. It is okay to stay, amazing location indeed with good connections. However, the carpets need proper cleaning - they smell. Also, the laundry stays right at the entry of the hotel, making the lounge look horrible and even darker than it is.

It was lovely. Great location, wonderful shops / restaurant near by. Few minutes walk to the main train station. Rooms are comfy and relaxing nice and clean, and quiet. I like it. I am proud of Expedia for allowing such a wonderful business people to be associated with. 👍👍 I highly recommend this hotel to all. Whoever travel to this this.

This hotel has no air conditioning and on the hot days we were there it was very uncomfortable. In this day and age I would expect air conditioned room in the summer just as I would expect warm rooms in the winter. The fan provided in the room was very small and totally inadequate. As. Minimum I would expect 2 ceiling fans. The decor and the standard of the furnishings in the room was very good there was a small fridge but no iron, kettle or tea making facilities. In the evening we were there there was only one staff member on duty, hence we had to wait to book in until the bar guests had been served. The location is very good, close to the Altstadt. There are public transportation systems close by but not with a direct line to the airport. A taxi to the airport was 22 Euro very reasonable.

Older style decor but exceptionally clean. The smart tv was not so smart!! It would not change channel and was stuck on a bible program. If you met me you would know bible bashing is not my thing......not so smart tv! Seriously, however the tv was frustrating. The towel change man wouldn’t take come back later when we had a lie in until 9.45am one morning!! However, desk staff very helpful and the place was very clean.

Helpful and friendly staff, central location with the elevator of the subway lbeing less than 50m across the road. Very good value for money breakfast buffet.

Very clean hotel. Crisp white sheets. Great location. Right outside a ubahn stop. Really great value for money.

For the last three year we have been staying at your hotel, but each year it seen have gone worst. I do personally feel the owner should stay in the hotel and experience the stay, room 231 is super dirty the bathroom show, wet area is uncleared the shower heads not fitting or setting well, that room also smells n darks light not working, really looking this making the hotel a nice to to stay

The hotel was amazing value for money, it was well-equipped and clean. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast on one of the mornings which was delicious and was very reasonably priced.
