The next day I checked in, I cane back to my room after 4pm and I saw that the housekeeping only made bed but didn’t change towels. I called reception and I was told that I had to go pick up towels from the reception. So I went downstairs and asked for towels. A front desk person was giving me only one bath towel when there should be more for hand towel too so I asked for 2 towels and he just gave another one with no words and didn’t even respond when I thanked him. First of all i shouldn’t have gone downstairs go get new towels since it was supposed to be changed by housekeeping and I didn’t like the attitude of the front desk staff. The location is really bad also. It’s in front of cemetery and way too far from a station. It seems dangerous to go out to a store nearby at night but their vending machine at the hotel was out of water too. I also got bed bug bites 2 nights in a row.

My room was across from the lift, so it was quite noisy in the evening. The bathroom was a good size and I was provided a hair-dryer. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed the breakfast. The lounge was quite nice.

It was a great stay. Super clean. wifi super fast. Great breakfast. close to touristic areas (15 min by train plus 10 min walk to station). there's no restaurants to order food in the area though. I definitely would stay at this hotel again (but would make sure I to eat before as there is no place to buy food near by).

- Very clean and tidy - Close to the tram line and train station so easy access to the city centre - Direct train from Gentilly station to CDG airport all terminals (10euros) - Taxi from CDG airport to the hotel was 55 euros - Room was great, big enough for a couple, comfy bed and big enough bathroom
