Very helpful staff. Child friendly. They put a wigwam up in the room with some toys for my daughter.

Everything was to perfection. Will definitely choose to stay again.

Absolutely wonderful we really enjoy staying at the Bishopstrow it is our favourite hotel getaway.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and excellent facilities. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Food and restaurant service was also excellent. Sadly, we only stayed for one night. It was very relaxing and we will definitely return.

Hotel room was dirty, restaurant was dirty, milk bottle/jugs at breakfast had bits stuck to the inside of the bottle. Room was filthy, hand smears all down the walls, dust everywhere so thick that it blocked the light on the light fitting. Black mold and dust on the windows. The fan looked like it had never been cleaned. The bed sheets were clean😀 but it looked like nothing else was ever cleaned. The bannisters were filthy, cob webs holding dust in many corners.. We tried to eat a meal but it took 1 hour to arrive, they got the drinks order wrong (that took 30mins) when the beef roast dinner came it was so tough I couldn’t even cut it with a steak knife. Absolutely horrendous. Spa area was fun for the kids. Needs a good clean though.

Lovely stay at the spa. Pool and spa facilities are nice. Restaurant was very good, staff wonderfully attentive and kind.

We booked for one night based on the look of hotel and the fact that it had a pool where children were allowed at set times - our son had a fantastic time swimming and the staff in the hotel were all super lovely and friendly. They decorations for chritsmas were just beautiful. We had a lovely room and breakfast the next morning was fab! Would return for sure
