The place is so welcoming! The buffet is the best! The egg lady is so quick and her omelette are the absolute best! The waiters in the buffet are wonderful! Best part is the pool dudes! They run all day in the hot sun trying to make sure the hotel guests get drinks and food! The roommate comfy and just what you need.

Convenient for the activities we had on our to do list.

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. Hotel staff entered one of our rooms without consent while my female cousin was inside the shower. She was not dressed and had only a towel wrapped around her upper body and head when staff walked into the room. We were told there was a reported shower leak affecting the unit below and that she was “not responding” to the door. However, entering an occupied room without authorization — particularly when a guest is showering — is a serious breach of privacy. There was no visible emergency such as fire or imminent flooding that would justify bypassing guest consent. Even more concerning, staff attempted to justify their actions by stating she “appeared to be drunk.” That comment was inappropriate, speculative, and irrelevant. We were in Cabo on vacation — like many guests — and enjoying ourselves does not waive our right to privacy or basic dignity. I personally spoke with the front desk manager regarding this incident. His response was that they “did what their policy called for them to do,” and if I felt differently, I could “do whatever I felt was right.” That response demonstrated a lack of accountability and a troubling disregard for guest rights. Hotels have a duty to respect guest privacy and only enter occupied rooms under clearly defined emergency circumstances. What occurred here goes beyond poor service — it raises serious concerns about how guest safety, consent, and privacy are handled at this property. We left feeling violated, dismissed, and unsafe. I strongly urge ownership and corporate leadership to review their entry policies and staff training immediately. No guest should ever experience this type of intrusion.

first night our room was ok. not fancy but not dirty. we came back two days later and the room was so gross. mold on sink counter. shower was so dirty.
